Terms of Service

Effective: August 18, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between the Shopify merchant accepting them ("you") and RSU GRAFX SRL ("PinSailor", "we", "us"). By installing or using PinSailor, you accept these Terms. If you use PinSailor for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business.

The service

PinSailor reads selected Shopify product information to help create, review, organize, schedule, and publish Pinterest Pin content. A products/create webhook may create a draft suggestion only when you enable that setting; it never publishes the product automatically. Publishing requires a connected Pinterest account, the necessary API access, and a separate approved or scheduled Pin action.

Your accounts and content

You are responsible for your Shopify and Pinterest accounts, for the accuracy of your settings, and for reviewing each Pin before approval. You retain ownership of your product content. You grant PinSailor a limited license to host, transform, and transmit that content only to provide and secure the service.

You confirm that you have the rights needed for all text, images, trademarks, links, and other material you process through PinSailor. You must comply with Shopify's and Pinterest's terms, advertising rules, community rules, and API policies. Pinterest's Create Pin API is intended for new content created by or for the authenticated user; do not use PinSailor to copy or republish content you do not control.

Acceptable use

You must not use PinSailor to:

• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• publish illegal, deceptive, malicious, or prohibited content;
• circumvent Pinterest rate limits, account controls, or access tiers;
• probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the service;
• share credentials or use another person's account without authority.

Plans, billing, and changes

Plan features and current prices are shown in the Shopify App Store and Shopify's app pricing interface. Paid recurring charges are authorized and billed through Shopify. Taxes and Shopify's billing rules may apply. You can downgrade or cancel through Shopify's pricing controls; uninstalling ends future app use but does not reverse charges already validly incurred. We may change plans prospectively with notice required by applicable law and Shopify policy.

Third-party platforms

Shopify and Pinterest are independent services. Their availability, account approval, API access, moderation, rate limits, and policy decisions are outside PinSailor's control. PinSailor is a complementary creative workflow and does not replace Pinterest's official Shopify sales channel for catalog sync, ads, or conversion tracking. Pinterest and Shopify marks belong to their respective owners; no endorsement is implied.

Availability and support

We aim to provide a reliable service but may perform maintenance, change features, or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, or address abuse. Support details are published at /support. Beta or preview features may change or be withdrawn.

No performance guarantee

PinSailor does not guarantee Pinterest approval, impressions, traffic, ranking, conversions, revenue, or uninterrupted publication. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. PinSailor's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for PinSailor in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination and data

You may stop using PinSailor by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access for material breach, security risk, nonpayment, platform policy, or legal necessity. Shopify uninstall and shop-redaction requests cause deletion of the shop's app data as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective.

General

Mandatory consumer and data-protection law remains unaffected. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the law of RSU GRAFX SRL's registered place of business, without its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes may be brought in the competent courts there. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms prospectively and will identify the current version by date.
